Hello and Welcome!

Talk about a day late and a dollar short! I am a very reluctant blogger, however I have succumbed to the pressure and here we go. Some of you may know me as the "Bate" in Bate and Taylor, fabric designers for Maywood Studio. I have since decided to do my own thing and although I am a little slow to transition, I have good things and great ideas to come. I am still very much "under construction". I hope you will hang in there with me!

    Maybe your blogging subtitle should read something like: JUST put the chocolate AND the fabric in the bag and no one will get hurt!

    your block is so sophisticated! By the way, I love chocolate more than fabric...well maybe not...well yes I do...oh I dont know! Love them both!!!

    Hope I'm not to late to get in your drawing. I love your pasley! I also think it's great that your daughter follows you blog.:D I would Loooooove some of your fabric that you made the block with. You didn't say what line it was from incase I don't win. I really do love it.
